Job Description
  • Assist CIO in IT Management
  • Experience in working in large manufacturing / distribution organizations mandatory with at least five years in leading IT initiatives
  • Areas of expertise expected (At least three out of five mandatory)
    • IT Project Management – Should have been leading in at least two IT projects within an organization for enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, SFA etc.
    • Tracking – Barcoding/ RFID automation project experience / expertise
    • IT Governance – Experience to IT Policy practice and implementation, ITIL standards, ISO and other standards
    • IT Infrastructure Management – In in-house or outsourced model managing IT Infra management like Facility Management, Data center management, Vendor Management etc.
    • Mobility / Web Technologies – Experience in implementing web based applications including the hosting and cloud technologies. Experience in Mobility adoption through APP environment.

  1. Position – Manager/ Deputy Manager (J1/J2)
  2. Qualification – B. Tech/ B.E (Mandatory)
  3. Academic – Should be first class holder with no more than 4 back papers
  4. Experience – 6 – 10 Years in Manufacturing / Distribution Industry
  5. Salary Band – 8 – 12 Lacs
  6. Expected Role – Report to Sr. GM & CIO as Manager (IT Projects) with specific responsibility of IT project management as well as IT Policy adoption. If found fit in the grooming period the candidate could be considered for M – Level in subsequent years with a succession in mind.
